The umbrella theory connecting behavioural optimisation, memory, identity, childhood development and personnel continuity.

What is verified

Kokushi used the phrase Human Engineering in historical corporate material. Surviving organisational charts place it alongside personnel and operations rather than ordinary HR.

Known fields include aptitude, fatigue, memory, social attachment, family stability and “role suitability.”

Later material introduces terms including continuity of role, personnel identity stability, and behavioural deviation review.

Kokushi now presents the successor programme as Human Continuity: a single lifelong record coordinating the colleague, household and future workforce. The public description promises “continuity of person” when a colleague becomes unavailable. It does not define unavailable.

“They were not trying to make better employees. They were trying to find out what parts of an employee were optional.”

The quotation came from a former employee whose work history could be independently corroborated. The statement itself cannot.

Why it matters

If Human Engineering was merely industrial psychology, much of this archive collapses into the story of an unusually aggressive employer.

If the Nursery, continuity and replacement-worker material is genuine, Human Engineering becomes something else entirely.
